HOLPOSON? Smart Clean-T 親水易去污整理劑 HOLPOSON? Smart Clean-T 是經(jīng)過特殊改性聚酯類親水易去污整理劑，能夠賦予加工織物良好的親水，抗靜電，吸濕速干，蓬潤性等性能，且耐洗性達(dá)50次以上(JIS L0217. 103法，連續(xù)洗滌法)經(jīng)過易去污整理后的紡織品面料，在一定程度上可以清水擦除所沾污漬，如:醬油，番茄醬，玉米油，圓珠筆油污等。滿足家庭主婦對(duì)淺色衣物易打理易清潔的要求。使難去除、易殘留的臟污，可以去除干凈，達(dá)到污所不落，節(jié)能去污。HOLPOSON? Smart Clean-T 適用于天然纖維、合成纖維及其混紡織物，目前易去污整理可用于開發(fā)淺色系列的童裝面料，羽絨服面料，沙發(fā)面料，工裝，職業(yè)裝，襯衫，白T恤等等。

1.本產(chǎn)品適用于淺色羽絨服面科易去污整理。賦子面料優(yōu)異的易去污性能
2.處理面料后可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生助劑泳移印漬.采用清水清洗一遍即可消除
3.請(qǐng)事前通過試臉確認(rèn)HOLPOSON? Smart Clean-T 對(duì)各種牢度的影響。
4.本產(chǎn)品使用后可能會(huì)使滌綸面料染料脫落少許,屬于正常助劑競?cè)粳F(xiàn)象

Hydrophilic and Soil Release Finishing Agent
HOLPOSON? Smart Clean-T
Smart Clean-T is a specially modified polyester hydrophilic and soil release finishing agent, which can give the processed fabric good hydrophilic, antistatic, moisture absorption and quick drying properties, with a wash durability of more than 50 times (JIS L0217). After easy decontamination, the textile fabric can be cleaned with water, to some extent, from soy sauce, tomato sauce, corn oil, ball point pen oil, etc. It meets the housewives’ requirements for easy care and cleaning of light colored clothes. Stains that are difficult to remove and easy to stay can be removed, achieving zero pollution, energy-saving and efficient decontamination.
Smart Clean-T is applicable to natural fiber, synthetic fiber and their blended fabrics. At present, easy soil release finishing can be used to develop light color series of materials for children's clothing, down coats, sofa, working clothes, business wear, shirts, white T-shirts, etc.

Usage:
1. Impregnation process:

Temperature: 30-40 ℃

2. Padding process:
HOLPOSON ?Smart Clean-T: 30- 60g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Padding - baking at (110 ℃ x 1-3 minutes) - heat setting (150-170 ℃ for 1-2 minutes)
Attentions:
This product is suitable for finishing of light colored down coats to give materials excellent soil release performance.
